When do you release boxes?

We release the menus for our boxes several weeks in advance. We do not currently have a set day and time, but we always send an email to our database first to advise our subscribers when the next date goes on sale.  Save hello@haworthathomes.co.uk  to your email address book to make sure you don’t miss any updates from us.

I’ve missed out on ordering a box – will there be more going on sale?

“Haworth at Home” boxes will continue for the foreseeable future. This meal will be created in our temporary kitchen at the White Bull Hotel, Church Street, Ribchester. PR3 3XP.  Other food is prepared and may contain ingredients listed in the current list of Food Standards Agency Allergens.

Has my order been successful?

If you were shown an order number on screen after you place your order, this shows it is registered in our system and has been successful and you should receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive it, please see below.

I’ve not received my confirmation email

Please check your spam/junk folders – emails will arrive from hello@haworthathome.co.uk. Please email hello@haworthathome.co.uk with the order name and number and we will resend the confirmation email which contains the delivery/collection information below.

Am I able to cancel my order?

Once your order is confirmed, we are unfortunately not able to cancel or make any changes to your order.

Allergies

At the moment we are unfortunately unable to make any changes to the boxes. Please read the allergens for each dish carefully before ordering.

Do you offer dietary alternatives?

At the moment we are working with a small team, producing as many high-quality boxes each week as we can. Therefore we are unable to offer any alternatives to the advertised boxes at the moment.

How environmentally friendly is your packaging?

All of our “Haworth at Home” packaging has been carefully chosen to be as environmentally friendly as possible whilst protecting the food items and keeping them at their very best. The outer boxes are made of strong & robust cardboard which can be re-used or recycled, whilst the Woolcool is 100% natural wool insulation which is biodegradable, sustainable, recyclable, and reusable. The gel ice packs are reusable and 100% recyclable. The additional plastic packaging may also be recyclable – please check the household waste guidelines on recycling in your local area.

How much cooking will I need to do?

Some dishes will simply need plating to enjoy. Hot courses will require basic reheating or cooking and simple instructions will be supplied in your box.

How long will my box last?

The contents of your box can are best enjoyed within two days of delivery. The packaging used for delivery will keep food chilled for up to 24 hours from dispatch. We recommend that you refrigerate the box upon delivery, except for items highlighted in your cooking instructions.

How does delivery work?

Your box will be carefully packed and chilled using environmentally-friendly Woolcool lining.

The box will be delivered by our Overnight couriers to the address you provided on  Either Thursday or Friday (dependant on which delivery date selected) by 6pm in some instances to areas geographically further from despatch depot, this may be 12 noon on either Friday or Saturday.

We will not accept responsibility for deliveries to a shipping address where there is no one available to take receipt of your fresh food box.  Packages will not be returned to a depot if there is no one available to accept the delivery.  They will be left outside the address.  Please ensure that when you place your order, there will be someone available to take receipt upon delivery.

Where do you deliver to?

Delivery is nationwide across England, Scotland and Wales. Some addresses in the Scottish Highlands may be delivered a day later. These postcode areas include AB37, 38, 41-56, IV21-28, 40, 52–54, KW1–14, PA34-40, PH30–41, 49, 50.
